After a bad day...

    How do you go about the rest of the week until wi?

    I get weighed tomorrow so not sure whether to get back on full pp or cut down until wi?

    I wouldnt cut down on your points hun.. I would personally stick with the right amount xx

    i'd just forget about it and carry on as normal, with you're daily points.

    Just hoping the scales arent too bad tracker is showing -15pp oops!

    Kimboo, that only works out to be 600cals so hopefully not too bad

    Im hoping, id been so good until then. Whats done is done and today has been a fresh start.

    Dont sweat the small stuff love. I've gone over weeklies before. I went over weeklies last week (just by 1 or 2) and I still lost 1.5lb so goes to show!! Sometimes a wee blow out is good for the weight (and the soul). Stick to your dailies, never eat less than your daily amount if you can hon... its the minimum you should be eating for your size/height/age etc. xx
