After a bad day...

i'd just forget about it and carry on as normal, with you're daily points.
Dont sweat the small stuff love. I've gone over weeklies before. I went over weeklies last week (just by 1 or 2) and I still lost 1.5lb so goes to show!! Sometimes a wee blow out is good for the weight (and the soul). Stick to your dailies, never eat less than your daily amount if you can hon... its the minimum you should be eating for your size/height/age etc. xx
