I really don't think you should be charged the same amount for a drop in group that doesn't do image therapy! May as well weigh in at Boots and save your money, it sounds a bit dodgy to me!
Glad to hear you've joined a proper group! I've been messing around doing it myself for ages but I joined a group four weeks ago and it is soooo much better! I am so motivated and haven't gone off plan once because I know I have to face up to it on a weekly basis!
