I know I shouldn't be drinking alcohol when in ketosis, but I just wondered what alcoholic drinks would keep me in ketosis.

I don't plan on getting drunk, its just I'm meant to be going to a gig tonight and its been planned for a while, I am going to drink water all night, but I want to just have 1 drink while I'm there.
I know if I don't plan to allow myself the 1 drink, I will end up deciding to come out of ketosis for the night, and I really don't want to.
Its OH's birthday too, and he keeps suggesting maybe going out for a meal before the gig, I've told him no, and if he really wants to I don't mind going and watching him...but he said no.

I'm not struggling, I do not plan at all to eat, and I am going to stay in ketosis...I just want 1 drink when out tonight.

As far as I know it is a total no no on this diet and there is a sticky somewhere explaining why - there was a thread the other day with people debating it too.
To be honest, if you only intend on having 1, I'd say (and my opinion only of course) then you can easily do without it and stick to your water.
