aldi northern catch cod in a sunblushed tomato sauce

these are the ones in the steam bag and are frozen...only about 130cal per fish piece but wondered/hoped there was some syn free allowance in there somewhere? if anybody could let me know that would be great. thank you

As long as the cod or tomato is the top ingredient on the list it will count for a free food alowance yes. The only tomato one I can see is this:

Northern Catch Atlantic Cod Fillets with Sundried Tomato Butter, twin pack, frozen, 125g each 1½

if it's not that then you need to post the NVs so someone can work it out for you
