Aldi Pasta & Sauce Macaroni Cheese

Hi, Does anybody know how many syns are in Aldi Macaroni Cheese pasta & sauce? I have entered the details on the website, it is showing as 7 syns. Is this made up as directed with milk? I am just making up with water so 7 syns seems a lot! Does anybody know how i work this out??

Default is always 20 calories equals 1 syn

Hi,

They dont have the macaroni one online, but they have this one which is cheesy... you may have to weight it went its cooked to see how mnay syns in total it would be. So 7 syns might be right.

Aldi, Make in Minutes Pasta & Sauce, Cheese & Broccoli, made up as directed , 100g cooked = 1.5 syns.
