Breakfast- none felt really poorly :-((

Lunch- speed soup, fresh figs and banana

Dinner- nasi goreng made the slimming eats way with broccoli i ate two portions lol!!! melon and kiwi for desert.

Syns- 1 portions no added sugar angel delight 4 syns

Drinks- water, diet coke and green tea.
 
Breakfast- grapefruit melon and kiwi

Lunch- left over nasi goreng and more melon and kiwi. Im in work so will be also drinking diet coke

Dinner- homemade scouse n dumplings (6 syns i have a few:)))

snacks angel delight for desert (4syns as i made portions< a banana xx

Drinks diet coke and green tea with a lemon squeezed in over 4 cups xx
 
OPPPS not updated been busy!! start today as planNed out meals.

Breakfast- bacon grilled tomatoes and eggy bread hex! Half a grapefruit and cup of green tea with half a lemon.

Lunch- speed soup with pasta in it. Kiwi fruit for after.

Dinner- egg fried rice with tonnes on spring onion. Syn free and delish

Snacks- jelly 1/2 Syn. Frozen grapes banana and melon xx
 
Weigh in day- I've defo put on!!

Breakfast- grapefruit and kiwi.

Lunch- packet of chicken roll and tomatoes. Speed soup.

Dinner- chicken lasagne and hex low fat cheese with sw chips xx
 
Ohhhhh how i neglected you dear diary!!

Rough as i type. 2 bottles of wine and an Indian last night. Oppps. First valentines with my beau.

Today so far- melon and sprout ansel potato soup. Random but delish breakfast x
