Hello all,
I noticed a long time ago that I rarely last two weeks on any eating plan. I usually cheat then get so annoyed I fall right off the wagon and never get back on it again.
Now I have been on this way of eating for 18 days or so and I am well...anxious, this is strange for me lol. I am not used to getting this far and unsure of how I feel about it.
On one hand I am pleased and will carry on, the other hand I feel as though a diet fatigue is setting in. I know this fatigue thing is something I can ride out. It really amazes me how on here people have over a 100lbs to lose and they carry on week after week, it is so incredibly admirable.
