I'm so glad someone eats as many LM rosemary and red onion sausages as I do!!! Hiya, bit new to this website so hope you don't mind me butting in?! Nice to see people that do the original plan and not EE!!

Hi ya, welcome to minimins and thank you for popping in. I am a bit addicted to those sausages i feel like im being really naughty when i eat them lol. Are you going to start a food diary on here? If you are i'll pop in and see how you are doing. Do you only do red and green days aswell? I just find ee doesnt work that well for me anymore xxx

Just updated had a bit of a wobble today and gave into the chocolate temptation feel guilty now...am going to the gym tonight so hopefully that will make me feel better about it x

Im really trying to be good hun, i went gym but only lasted about 15mins, had a panic attack and had to walk out,i havent had a panic attack for a long time so it really put me on edge. I then come home to find oh's mum has bought round 7 snickers bars,8 cadbury creme egg ice creams and 6 chomp bars as she didnt bring anything round at easter...it was nice of here but dont need that kind of temptation right now lol i have got the real munchies so i made a small batch of sweet potato chips and had those i feel a bit better now,im off to bed soon xxx

Well done on walking away from the treats, I know what you mean about panic attacks, had one a couple of weeks ago myself, it was ages since my last one and it took it out of me... I am a bit low today so will do my best to be good food wise even though I could sit here and eat a pack of biscuits... We will be ok, we just have to be gentle with ourselves... xx

Havent been on today as have been busy with the kids, decided to take Ellis out to some toddler groups he needs to get socialising more and i wanted to prove to myself that the panic attacks werent going to become a regular thing again...and i was fine...so food for today

Green day

Breakfast - weetabix,milk and banana (hea and heb)

Lunch - sw chips with cheese and pitta bread (hea and heb)

Dinner - spanish omlette

Syns - 4 syns on 2 options hot choc

Exercise -45mins spinning and 45mins zumba

I resisted... And I am much better now... I think its hormonal... Thanks for the hugs...xx
 
Been another busy day so late on again, today was weigh in day and lost 3.5lbs so was really pleased just 5.5lbs away from target now woohoo,food for today

Thursday 19th April - green day

Weigh in day- weight 11st 11lb 3.5lb loss

Breakfast - weetabix,milk and banana (hea and heb)

Lunch - jacket potato with cheese (hea) and salad

Dinner- sweet potato chips and pitta bread (heb)

Syns - chocolate 10

Drink - diet lemonade and pepsi max

Exercise - none
