Thank you,ive just wrote out my meal plans for this week,i know i wont get a big loss like that next week but hoping to get another pound or so closer to target xxx
 
Friday 20th April - green day

Breakfast - porridge,milk and banana (hea and heb)

Lunch - jacket potato with beans and cheese (hea)

Dinner - salt and pepper chips (found the recipe on here)

Snacks - 2 alpen light bars (heb) strawberries and yogurt.

Syns - a slice of herman the german friendship cake very very synful at 20 syns but at least i worked out the syns for it lol

Exercise - none
 
Saturday 21st April - green day

Breakfast - strawberries,banana and fat free natural yogurt

Lunch - homemade carrot and coriander soup (thanks chelle) and toasted pitta bread with cheese (heb and hea)

Dinner - curry with sweet potato, onions, peas and chickpeas, rice, syn free bombay potatoes,syn free onion bhajis and toasted pitta bread (heb)

Snacks - scan bran cake 3 syns

Total Syns - 3

Exercise - None

Sunday 22nd April - green day

Breakfast - banana and yogurt with sweetner

Lunch - Homemade tomato soup

Dinner - Chicken (heb) jacket potato and salad with 60g cheese (2 hea)

Snacks - harvest morn cereal bar (3syns) scan bran cake (heb)

Total syns - 3

Exercise - 1hr spin class, 20min bike ride
 
Monday 23rd April - Green day

Breakfast - banana,ff nat yogurt and 2 alpen light bars(heb)

Lunch - jacket potato with beans and 60g cheese (hea x 2)

Dinner - homemade tomato soup,mustard (1syn)

Snacks - 2 biscuits (4syns)

Total syns - 5syns

Exercise - 45min swim

Weigh in day - 11st 12.5lbs +1.5lbs

Breakfast - weetabix and milk (hea and heb) banana

Lunch - syn free tomato soup

Dinner - 2 quorn burgers,wholemeal roll (heb) cheese (hea) sweet potato chips and salad

Snacks - syn free veg pakoras, syn free rice pudding 2 biscuits

Syns - 4

Exercise - none

Gained 1.5lb this week,didnt think id been bad but will try harder this week,going to try some red days and see how i go x
