They're the Linda McCartney Rosemary & Red Onion ones... they're really nice and taste a bit like stuffing I suppose, asda is the only place I ever seem to find them :)
 
oh- I actually bought some last week when I went for the chickpea dahl. They were 2 for £3 so I thought I'd give them a go.

So, today was weigh in day and I've lost 1.5lbs which makes it 15lbs in 6 weeks & 27lbs including weight loss before SW. I got my stone award! :)

However, due to it being the final week of university I have been rushed off my feet & didn't plan ahead (fatal SW error) but I thought I'd be alright and get a jacket potato at uni however when I got there they had ran out - I almost had a breakdown haha. I ended up having some rank cheese baguette (hardly any cheese in it thank god) however I'm still upset with myself. But, I'm going to just count it as a weigh day treat (even though I don't normal have one) and just move on.

I'm also going to be counting my weekly syns from now on too with an aim at 70 at week (10 a day) to see if a bit more variety gets me back on track.

I was also really looking forward to group today for the support and ideas etc. but in the end only 5 of us stayed! Our consultant said that apparently everyone bunks off from now until after christmas then comes crawling back with a big gain :/

Sorry for the large rant. I hope you all have a better day than me haha :D

Thank you lovely. Do you use weekly syns? It's a completely new idea to me in all honesty & I know my conslutant doesn't advise it but I've seen quite a few people doing it on here and wondered if it actually has any effect :)

Yeah I've been using weekly syns for two weeks now, and last week I lost 2.5lbs which is my biggest loss in a long time!

No harm in trying is there? Plus it gives you more flexability :)

Dont worry about the cheese baguette - it coulda been worse . I'm thinking large fish and chips, buttered bread on the side, and a bit fat pudding with custard followed by a bar of choc!

Our consultant said that the Morrison's NuMe cereal bars are in the 2014 directory as 2 for a HeB so I thought I'd give them a go as they're only £1 - they're quite nice, definitely not as chocolatey as the special K ones but you get two & they're definitely nicer than disgusting old alpen!

You're half right, I did break up on Friday but unfortunately will still be at uni a lot 'cause I have assessments in until the 23rd but it's not too bad because I live at home anyway :)

Crazy long day at work yesterday that's why I didn't put my diary up on time or whatever, came home and went straight to bed haha.
