Thought maybe making a food diary would provide some motivation and help me stick to slimming world.

Breakfast - fry light fried egg, beans, 2 low fat quorn sausages, grilled cherry tomatoes, apple, orange.

Lunch - homemade chickpea curry (1 syn) and rice.

Snacks - small bowl of salad with feta cheese (Hex A)
two slices of wholewheat toast (Hex B) with jam (2 syns)
mini milk (1.5 syns)

Dinner - 1 Linda McCartney onion and rosemary sausage, boiled potatoes, homemade ratatouille (1 syn), boiled carrots and broccoli.

Snacks - orange,
2 x mini twister (4 syns)

Total syns - 9.5

Lunch - 2 quorn burgers (1 syn), brown bread roll (Hex B), fry light fried onions, ketchup (1 syn), salad.

Snack - mini milk x 2 (3 syns), apple with cheese (Hex A)

Dinner - Salmon, potatoes, green beans, broccoli, 0 fat cottage cheese.

Friday treat -
150 ml prosecco (6 syns)

Total syns - 15.

Quite a high level of syns the last two days but also balanced by quite a lot of exercise. Weighed myself this morning and I'm still losing weight so must be doing something right! Woop! :)
