Sorry, I hadn't posted a WI cause I haven't weighed in yet. My car is completely knackered so I couldn't get to group on tuesday morning so I'm going to a different group at 5:30 tonight - walking in the sodding rain as well! Dedication ;)

Green Day

B: Chick pea dahl (f) with 2 x LM sausages (f), WW petit pain (HeB)

L: Low fat chilli chicken supernoodles (f) with 25g reduced fat cheddar (3.5 syns)

Snack: 200ml koko (HeA) and HiFi Chocolate orange (HeB)

D: Tuscan Bean Soup (f) - (cannelini beans (f), passatta (sf), tom puree (sf), onion (sf), garlic (sf), herbs & spices (f), macaroni pasta (f)) with 25g philly light (2 syns) and WW petit pain (5 syns)

HeA: 40g reduced fat cheese, 200ml koko chocolate milk
HeB: HiFi chocolate orange, WW petit pain

Syns: 10.5/15



No Weigh in today as my car is being a complete muppet. Going to weigh in on Wednesday night instead, bit worried about the change between morning group to night group but it's unavoidable.

Also, the low fat supernoodles are really yummy & filling and surprisingly vegetarian despite being chicken flavour - weird.

No lunch today as I woke up really late & I think I'm going to struggle to find anything I can have for my HeA because the cupboards are literally bare & the tesco man doesn't come until tomorrow night :(

I'm so happy I feel like crying!
I haven't been this weight since I was 16!

I sound stupid and keep showing everyone how baggy my clothes are etc. but I suppose people don't understand how good it feels unless they've been stuck being big and unhappy too.

Having a really bad day today, evil emotional eating creeps right bk in when I'm worried/stressed about things. Hoping I'll c tomorrow as a new day & a fresh start.
Any veggie recipes on here u could recommend?

Oh lovely :( I know that feeling. I suffer with really bad anxiety and used to eat to get over it & binge so bad after panic attacks etc. Keep working on it and you'll get there :)

Tbh, I just steal all of the lovely recipes on here and tweak them e.g. using quorn instead :) x

I sent the picture with dark hair to my dad cause I'd had my hair cut & he showed me the red hair one (jan 2013) & tbh I can't believe the difference.

I would never let the camera near me at my very heaviest but I'm going to keep that awful picture as a reminder :)
