Wednesday 15th January
Green Day


Breakfast:
- Leftover pasta bolognese (see yesterday) - onions (sf), carrots (sf), celery (sf), passata (sf)
- WW petit pain (HeB)
- 25g philadelphia light (2 syns)

Lunch:
- low fat chili chicken supernoodles (f)
- spring onion (sf), chilli (sf) and garlic (sf)
- special K chewy delight bar (4.5 syns)

Dinner:
- rice (f)
- broccoli (sf), leeks (sf), petit pois (f)
- quorn (f)
- 74g philadelphia light (HeA) with garlic (sf) and herbs (f)
- WW petit pain (HeB)

HeA: 75g philadelphia light
HeB: 2 x WW petit pain

Syns: 6.5/15

7/7/7 - day 2
 
Hun, did u really have leftovers for breakfast?! :D although, the hunger that's on me today, perhaps I should've too! X L x

Think it's a "mid week wall" hun, I've been exactly the same today! Stayed on plan but was seriously taking every ounce of will power to do so. Roll on tomorrow, new day that I hope I can eat like I usually do & not crave everything that I no is bad 4 me! x L x

- 40g reduced fat cheese (HeA)

Lunch:
- pasta 'n' sauce (f)
- 60g low low (HeA)

Dinner:
- noodles (f)
- stir fry veg, carrots (sf), broccoli (sf), onion (sf), cabbage (sf), bean sprouts (sf), peppers (sf)
- blue dragon chilli and garlic sauce (7 syns)

HeA: 40g red. fat cheese, 60g low low
HeB: 2 x ww petit pain

Syns: 7/15

777 - day 3


I didn't quite manage the full amount of speed foods today but I'm still counting it 'cause there was pasatta in the chick pea dahl ;)
 
eurgh- attempted my second half the can of chickpea dahl today. Don't think I'll be buying again... :rolleyes:

ooh also- how do you make up the pasta n sauce? says it needs milk..

With just water, tastes yummy but if I want it extra naughty I stir low low through at the end

Hi guys,
I'm not going to be on here for a little bit, I've been eating nearly 100% on plan but some really bad things have happened within my family/friends and I just need to be there for them right now.

I'll update my weight as & when and I'll be back soon x
