Thought I'd start a diary to try to keep me on the straight and narrow and to record my journey to slim1day.
Day 3 today and a wee bit disappointed;
Day 1 weighed 13st 11.75lb :(
Day 2 weighed 13st 11lb
Today 13st 12lb!!! :sigh:

I know I probably shouldn't weigh everyday but i find it gives me the incentive to carry on if I've lost even the smallest amount. But to find that I've gained 1lb since yesterday grrrrrrrr is annoying. But I'm not going to let it get me down and hopefully tomorrow the scales will show a loss.
 
Hi hun and welcome :D that slight gain could be a few things, totm approaching? not drinking enough water? Dont let it bother you cos believe me if you stick to plan the scales will go down down down :D xxx
 
Back to 13st 11lb today so yesterdays gain gone but does mean lost nothing over last 2 days heyho.
Drank 3.5 litres of water yesterday so am going to try for same amount today to see if that makes a difference; was drinking average of 2 to 2.5 litres a day.
 
Made the vanilla shake into a paste and ate it like cake mixture; felt naughty but nice; but oooh so good for me.

0.5lb down today.
Hopefully slow and steady will win this race.
 
Seem to be drinking 3.5 litres of water a day on average but am struggling to have 3 packs plus a meal as just not hungry.
Vanilla shake with bits; not sure on this, think its the bits putting me off because the vanilla on its own was nice.
Red berry shake; ok but reminds me of Cambridge, don't think i'll be ordering them again.
Going to have the mushroom pasta for lunch with additional mushrooms from veg allowance.
Onwards and downwards.
 
Well done on the loss hun! U really do need to fit all the packs and meal in though as u will be lacking in vitamins and may stall ur losses, maybe try 4 packs a day if the meal is too filling?

Mushroom Pasta: small portion and bit spicy (don't do spice at all)
Lemon & white choc bar: mmmmmmmmmmmmmmore
Going to have a mushroom omelette for tea.
Already downed 3.5l water today.
 
1lb down today :)
So that gives me a loss of 3lbs for the week.
Slow and steady; hoping for another 3 this week.;)

Finding the diet easy to stick to; I think because I'm having a proper food meal each day is helping me to stick with it as I don't feel deprived like i did when i tried just to stick to packs with exante.
I'm still working through my samples but have found that I like most of what I've tried so far so with more variety I'l be less likey to be bored and stray.

You've done really well; have you lost weight every week or have you had any where you've stayed the same or gained? What was the effect when you had a re-feed week?

Weight stayed the same today, hopefully will show a loss tomorrow.
 
Thats great hun! Its the meal what kept me going, knowing i could proper food every day, as u say much better than just packs!
Good that you like most of it, im a plain jane kinda girl lol have the same stuff all the time, well hazelnut and caramel basically lol

I lost every week when i did s&s, it was around 2-3lb per week for me. i came back to it last week but ive gone back to ww again, Im trying to tone up before i go for a weekend away, still using my packs though in my weight watchers plan then when i come back ill be back on 100% to get to goal :D

Your doing really well keep it up hun :)

No plans really for today.

Working my way through a mountain of my daughters washing; I'm taking her back to uni on 1st Sept and she NEEDS to start packing some things; hoping that she starts to limit the variety of what she wears for the next 2 weeks and packs at least half of the clean clothes.(well I can dream)

Do you have plans?

Roasting hot here. Washing is drying on line as quick as the machine can wash it
Production line of washing going, wash, line, iron, folded ready for packing.

Feeling really positive about this diet.
Worked out that if i lose a stone a month i should be at target by the time my daughter comes home from uni for xmas, she won't recognise me!
Think of the new wardrobe shopping trips we could have.
 
Fantastic stuff, I can't wait for skinny winter clothes. Got another 8-10 weeks on plan myself

The time flies on plan xxx
