Breakfast banana and peanut butter with a hexB. Filling and tasty. Need to check syns on pb but it is a sugar free brand so I think around 5?

I have got Splenda which I use on porridge and in cooking and for coffee and doesn't taste too bad. I already struggle with muller light tbh as I find the sweetener in it just tastes nasty, so I don't have them very often. I prefer to syn honey for natural yoghurt and fruit.

Am off to investigate sugar addiction! X

Zoe harcome is well worth a read on that front x

Going for a run later or more accurately a scurry. But exercise nonetheless!

Got sw egg fried rice planned for dinner.

Snack attack struck mid afternoon so I ate two apples. Just had yummy SW egg fried rice , forgot to take a pic! Was so tasty I had second helpings.

Husband has just had a mini twister but I resisted the sugar although it is very low syns. Until I feel a bit more in control I am not going to risk it!
Syns today - 4.5 for peanut butter.

Thanks girls. Went to weigh in 1lb on. That is not so bad. Just found out my dad is back in hospital so of course I have eaten a load of crap. Damn these habits are hard to change! 7/10 for effort. MUST TRY HARDER!

the dress is from an American website called pin up girl clothing. I basically want their entire stock! But only when I get to target! They do that dress in loads of colours including my favourite green, but I can't buy yet anther green dress (I have about 5!) so I am going for purple.

am taking the day off tomorrow to visit my Dad, luckily my work have been very good about it. Going to stick to plan god dammit!

Wish me luck....

Breakfast today is porridge hex a and b.
Today will be spent just pottering about - going to get my eyebrows threaded and collect my dry cleaning. God I love having nothing to do!

Lunch - pasta with a tablespoon of tomato pesto (2syns) and one of LF cream cheese with garlic and herbs (other half of Hex a) fried off some sweetcorn, peppers and onions and 2 slices of bacon and sprinkled in some mixed herbs and garlic powder. Was pretty good and very filling.
I ate an Alpen light bar earlier too so syns are 5 so far.

Have just been to the shops and got some bits in, so planned my dinners for the next couple of days, feeling in control again! Long may it last.
 
I noticed we've got the same goal for the 3 month challenge, so I'm subscribing!

Yes it was pretty good and would be ideal to take for lunch at work - would reheat well.

i just had ackee and salt fish (a Jamaican classic) that I made slimming world friendly and had with some rice. Forgot to take a picture before I scoffed it though!

Morning lovely ladies!

Having this mahoosive breakfast before I go and spend the day with my parents. Gang to take lentil salad for my lunch so I am not tempted but the junk they always have in. This has been where I go o ff track before as they literally have sweets and chocolate everywhere. Must be strong.

Breakfast is my homemade granola - hex B with fresh strawberries and ff Greek yoghurt. So filling and totally delicious.
