im not an expert but...
alli is a inhibitor, in inhibits the absortion of fat inot the body, causes cronic stomach cramps and a dodgy tummy (yes, i ve tried it on prescription) i dont see the point of taking it as there is so little fat in cd. (and its a waste of money...
just mho. :D

Hiya, you will lose plenty of weight on 810, almost as much as on sole source so it'd be a waste of time taking Alli. Maybe you could keep them for helping to maintain or if you regain? As CD is low fat and your meal would probably be also if you stick to what you're allowed it'd have no effect as not much fat for Alli to work on.

Good luck on CD and beyond.:)

I would be very careful on them. I asked my chemist about them and she said not to do it with CD and as the others have said the diet is so low fat there would be nothing to get rid of xxx
