Allie's Diary - time to get my life back on track!

So after a week off of the diet I have gained 1.5lbs. I was not off completely only from Saturday night and I WI on a Tuesday so pretty bad but back into it this week and hope to lose what I gained at next WI.

Stopped writing in diary as no one reading it but I like this as a back up and the thought that people may read it and let me know where I am going wrong or having to write all the crappy things (if any) that I have eaten and people seeing it and me feeling so bad and guilty – not a good combo.

Food for today so far

HExB – 35g Sultana Bran

B – 0% actimel (0.5), HExA+B, 2 x Black Coffee, 500ml water
S – plum, pineapple, 1ltr water
L – Mug Shot, Chopped Sweet Chilli Beetroot
S - 2 x apples
D - Cous Cous, ratatouille (1), spinach, HExA, 500ml water
S - 2 x choc tea, chewits (5)

Started Insanity this evening, d1 fitness test, I am not as fit as I Thot but will stick at it tho it is only day 1!!!

Your food looks good, the sticky 5 spice gammon sounds lovely, how do you make that?!

I too find that writing the food down in here helps me stick to it, if I don't write I go way off plan! I'm really going to try to stick to it 100%, no going over 15 syns!

Hi thanks. On occasion stick pictures up on other threads so looks so nice! The gammon is lovely - will look out the recipe & post 4u. Wk gd with my 3lb loss. Get back in2 insanity 2moro, fell by the wayside over the wknd :-(

Hope ur having a gd evening. It treat nite 4 me aft WI. Cheesey chicken nachos & lemon tart :eek:

I tried to get into the habit of taking pics of my meals, but I got too lazy! May try now I have a better phone...

Thank you :) Will be nice to try something new! Well done on your weight loss! I seemed to have the same but I'm a scale hopper.... doesn't make me feel too good when two days later I seem to be 2lbs up again! But I know I fluctuate throughout the week, will not get back on the scales until next Monday! I'll be happy with a maintain.

Hi i use phone or Ipad whichever happens to be closer at the time!!! All looks a bit similar, really need to get some colours into it!!!

Good today, freezing though, only 1deg when left house and had to scrape windscreen - jumpers are getting looked out this week and the heating may looks to be going on especially as OH is going away on Wed so will be on my todd!!!

do you use the app to upload them? I may try to put a pic of my dinner up tonight! See if I can figure it out.

1 degree! Are you up north? I'm in Birmingham and it said 7.5 in my car - that feels cold enough! Good idea with the jumpers, I'm going to be purchasing some more, I love a good snuggly jumper!

Is he going away for long? x
