Having a rough day at work, nothing seems to be matching and queries left, right and centre. So not good for my head. Kind of getting used to the pain now!

30mins to finish time – fed up of spreadsheets :(

Thanks. Head not sore all the time now but I am getting the feeling of someone sticking needles through my temples and eyeballs. Not good especially when driving!! x

D – Big Mac kebab (courtesy of bunnylush), mince, gherkins, onion, thous island sauce (1), flour (1.75), garlic - all mixed together; having baby baked potatoes, steam veg, HExA, Special K moments (5), coffee, pukka tea
S - SS milk (8.75)

Need to pop in to Tesco on the way home get a few things for dinner, think get some salad to go with the kebab, maybe some sour cream to make a dip or something.

Quick day at work, hump day tomorrow and a massage after work p

My Diary - fed up of being the fat one :-(

On meds 4 migraines which seems to keep them at bay for the most part. Waitin on a neurology appt for a scan but won't find nthin!!!

Wanted 2 eat to painted my nails. Edges a bit dodgy but will come off in the shower in ttd morn!!

Very nice nails! Good idea to stop the snacking! Brushing your teeth sometimes works too :)

Thanks, its the one thing I like about myself!! Brushing my teeth thing does not work for me, eat a little to get rid of the mint then keep eating, nails need to dry for a good half hour to an hour!!!

That's good then! It does help having something to pre-occupy yourself! I just love snacking, so i'm trying to ween myself off it!

day is ok so far thank you, i'd rather be at home in bed though! x

So wks going 4 lovely relaxin massage 2nite & Massage good but Insightful. Had back pain 4yrs & may have found Reason behind pain. Girl got some1 else in as thot somethin bit off, she was a sports therapist. Was like being at Dr!! Thot I had bn in accident, like my full left side had bn shunted. Muscle all twisted in neck. So tense like steel rods actin as protection. The large back muscle has shifted under my shoulder blade & twisted at side. Really pummelled me, goin 2b sore 2moro, feel it jst now & I am lopsided. Left higher than rite so a walk wi a weight in left hand!!!!!

D – Chicken, mushroom, onion, Mayflower Curry Sauce (8), Boiled Rice
S – Biscuits (10), Bagel (11), Nutella (8), 4pints water

Feel bleugh today, no idea why. Just cannot be bothered. Only plus point for today is I am going for a massage after work for my back neck and shoulders this time so hopefully a few of the knots will be gone.

Dinner is a plan at the moment but it depends what OH ends up doing as he is waiting on his next job which is Friday.

So as you can see from the later post my massage was not so much relaxing as insightful.

Ended up needing a choc/sweet fix so reason for all the syns at night!!! Still within weekly limit though.

So that was yesterday - food obviously not planned very well for Sw, had been on MFP calorie counting but still hungry so back here but still logging on MFP to make sure I do not go haywire on calories!!!!

I am so fed up with myself – don’t know why I keep sabotaging my diets. When I blow out I do it in a fantastic style – not with the odd biscuit or something but with packets of them or whole tubes Pringles with dips, drinking pints of full fat milk. Really need something to click in my mind to make me stick with the healthy eating and starting and sticking with exercise!! Maybe one day!!!11.11.13
