Well I had my 6wks postnatal chk-up this morning n now ave the all clear 2 start exercising properly so I just need 2 find the time 2 do it now! :D It shud def help me get rid of these last 5.5lb b4 xmas....

Snack: Apple, coffee
Lunch: Medium-sized sausage roll (guestimatin 20syns :eek:), activia yoghurt
Snack: Banana, coffee
Dinner: Irish stew, fruit salad

HX's: 1 x HXA* & HXB
* rest of HXA in coffee etc

Syns: 20? :eek: Hopefully this is an over-guestimate! lol! ;)

So I'v been very naughty not loggin my food since last Thurs but I'v been mostly on plan so I don't feel 2 bad! lol! I'l not waste time or space loggin the days I'v missed I'l just start afresh from 2day...

Breakfast: Porridge made wif water (HXB), skimmed milk (part HXA), sweetener
Snack: Banana, coffee
Lunch: Carrot n Lentil Soup, 2 x Nimble w/meal (HXB), tea
Snack: Apple, activia Raspberry yoghurt, coffee
Dinner: SW Chilli made wif loads of superfree, sweet potato wedges, 1oz grated mature cheese (HXA)
Snack: not sure yet....

HX's: 2 x HXA* & 2 x HXB
rest of HXA in tea, coffee, etc

Syn: Nil (so far anyway!)

I also managed 20mins of pilates this morning! It felt gr8 2 b back at it again altho in fairness it was still the prenatal pilates I was doin while pregnant! lol! I think I'm gona stick wif it 4 a week or 2 til I'm back in the swing of things b4 goin back 2 standard pilates. Since I had a section I don't wana risk doin any damage 2 myself that wud prevent me exercising!! Also I'm hopin 2 start horse riding again next week which will be amazin cos it's prob the thing I'v missed the most, even tho I kept riding til I was bout 34wks lol!

WI 2day I'm pleased 2 report a 0.5lb loss - it's slow-goin but at least it's goin! lol! :D

Lunch: Cream of celery soup (this is an experiment so I hope it's nice! lol), dahl loaf, activia raspberry yoghurt
Snack: Banana, coffee
Dinner: chicken n veg soup wif spuds
Snack: not sure yet - I'l update accordingly later

HX's: 1 x HXA* & 2 x HXB...so far
* rest of HXA in coffee etc

Syns: 2 :)

Exercise: 20mins pilates

I was hopin 2 get out 4 a walk this afternoon as well but the weather sucks n I'm not up 4 takin Sam out in it! :( Hope everybody is doin ok! x

UPDATE: I had hot choc(2 syns) n 2 x Alpen lights in the evenin so I'v amended the HX's n syns above accordingly

Hi hun, Sam's doin well thanx. He was 7wks on Mon there n I can't believe how big he's got! Its lovely now that he's awake a bit longer between feeds n sleeps so I can coo over his wee smiles! lol! Here's a wee pic I took on Mon sam7.jpg

Your wee man is so cute! Makes me broody lol. They are so adorable at that age all big eyes and smiles.

Thanx hun! It really does melt yer heart when yer graced wif 1 of those smiles! lol! How many kids do u ave? Ave u room 4 another!? lol! :D

It's lookin like the weather has spoilt my chances of avin a walk this afternoon again but at least I got my pilates done this morning. It was quite funny actually cos I'd the exercise mat spread out on the sittin room floor n Sam was lyin on his change mat next 2 me waving his wee arms n legs in the air - u'd swear he was doin pilates 2! lol!:D If he does it again at the w/end I'l ave 2 try 2 get Chris 2 video it!

UPDATE: I HAD HOT CHOC & 2 X ALPEN LIGHTS SO I'V UPDATED THE HX'S N SYNS ABOVE ACCORDINGLY
