I just wanted to share my joy really!

I have just reached the five stone lost mark, and my BMI is under 30! Just.

I'm just really happy.

This just goes to prove that it is something that can be acheived for those who think they will never do it.

I've had some blips along the way mind you....... but I'm only human!
