Alpen Light bars - Only 3 syns

Bought a box Cherry Bakewell Alpen Light's from Tesco this morning, and have just tried one for the first time.

My God, they are amazing, definitely my new favourite! I am now trying my hardest not to devour the rest of the box :drool:

The Cherry Bakewell ones are the best. I don't really like any of the others but these are to die for. Hardly like diet food at all, they're truly delicious! I hope they never stop selling them because I'd be lost without them!

Love my alpen light bars... two of any variety count as a healthy extra B on EE and sometimes I'll have those plus 5 more to use up my syns (tends to be on a day where I'm having a telly marathon).

Great for popping in your bag and taking to the cinema too. Choc Orange and Double Choc FTW!!
