Alpen Light

From what I've been reading it seems some of you ahveing Alpen Lights as HEXb. Is this right? My book doesn't say this but might be slightly out of date. If not, how many syns are they?

I think you can have one or 2 of the bars as a B option..
I love them!! Specially the chocolate and fudge one... brilliant subsitue for a kitkat with a cuppa!

Yep - you can have two Alpen Light bars for one HexB choice. I sometimes have one with breakfast and then save the oher for my 3pm 'dip'!

Alpen Light Bars are 2 for a HEXB or 3 syns each....

they're my fave B choice - and I'm glad you guys mentioned them because am back to school for training day and no doubt the staffroom will be full of naughty stuff as usual. Perfect distraction.

That's brilliant! Thanks folks! 2?! That's just too good to be true. I used to eat these when not on a diet. Trouble is could easily eat the packet but then it wouldn't matter much. Just seems too good to be true.

Have the packet! thats 2 HExB and 3 syns! Not very good for the whole karma of the weight loss mantra, but hey calorifically you wont gain

I'm a fan of the fudge ones, I crummble it up and get the little pieces of fudge, squeeze them all together and viola! "syn free" piece of fudge! HAHA!
