Am I right in thinking that normal Alpen is 1pp per 10g, which is the same as the low sugar version!? Seems too good. Bloody love normal alpen...

That would be good, i eat the low sugar stuff and it's not the best!

Ok i just looked on WW online tracker, it says Alpen light 4pp for 45g, Alpen original 4pp for 40g, and 5g's of Alepn is just a couple of raisins so definitely worth having the good stuff!

I eat the no sugar one (which I quite like), and Asda's no sugar one, which is slightly less nice but about a third of the price. I didn't realise the points were the same!

I also made the error of presuming Philedelphia Light would be the same as Asda light cream cheese... oh no, it's got about double the points!
