Alternative to Alpen Light Bars

From what I have read on here they were like the fruit winders, dn not very nice!
I think they have been discontinued tho - not been mentioned for a while

If Alpen Lights give you wind then I wouldn't go within 100 yards of a Fibre Plus bar.

Can anybody tell me what they actually look like? I've hunted high and low at our local store, but can't find them. Are they the fruit and fibre bars? Many thanks.

No - they were like slivers of fruit jelly about the size of a bit of chewing gum - not worth a HEB but I have not seen them for a year or so
