Alternatives to muller lights (free yoghurts)

What are any alternatives to muller lights either in individual tubs or the bigger tubs you can buy? They are handy in the tubs for work but I often find at home I pour them onto things so doesn't have to be in the individual tubs that are free and maybe slightly cheaper as I go through yoghurts quite quickly haha thanks !

Hi, I'm not a massive yogurt eater and tend to stick with mullerlights, but I know they're not the cheapest.

If you really love yogurt and go through large quantities you may be better off making your own as it's really easy. Home-made yoghurt - News & features - from Delia Online.

Aldi do a at free yogurt called Duneen, lush and easy on the pocket. Also activia fat free yogurt.

I now buy the Asda low fat natural yogurt which is 2 syns for the whole pot. I stir in sweetener and/ or a drop of coconut Essense.

If I buy six mullers I eat six mullers! This limits me and is cheaper. However, when I first started I found mls to be a great substitute for other treats.
