And going to join my local sw class on Wednesday at 5.30 , eekk wish me luck , have also persuaded my sister to join me so really hoping it helps us both.. Have been trying to follow it at home but am struggling to get my head around it so think attending a class is a good idea ..

Ladies do you get to decide on your own target weight or is it decided for you? At ss it was decided for you, I am currently around 10st 10 and for my height of 5 ft 2 they said I needed to be 9st 5lb :sigh: not sure I was ever gonna get there

Good luck! As far as I can remember you set your own target, in consultation with your group leader. You can start with mini goals, rather than decide you ultimate target now.
