Am I allowed

M doing SS, am I allowed to makes shakes with hot water or does it have to be cold ? I read something about making the cappuccino with hot water makes a light coffee ?
And the choc ones are like hot chocolate x

You can make them with hot water, just make sure its not boiling as that destroys some of the nutrients in them. I usually boil the kettle and then pour that into a cup and leave to cool for about 10 mins then mix my shake.

I use hot as well, but I find for some reason they are too strong, and usually use half a shake for 250mls water, so one choc pack does 2 mugs of hot choc. You'd have to experiment for your own tastes.
