Ok, I know this is 'extra easy' and everything, but I just can't get my head round it!!
I am doing extra easy, but am breastfeeding my 12 week old, so get an extra 4 healy extras
I only found this out this morning after asking advice on here, so thought I'd pick your brains a bit more. I am worried I'm not doing things right, everyone at my first meeting had gained, except one lady who lost 4.5lbs and one who lost half a lb!!!
Today I have had:
B: apple, 2 alpen light bars
L: egg, 2 quorn sausages, 2 ww bread, mullerlight
D: super free salad, tuna, lighter than light mayo
Other: mullerlight, snack a Jack jumbo, small wine and soda, nectarine, grapes, 4 ligt cheese triangles
I THINK this adds up to 10.5 syns, 2 hea ( including milk for tea), and 2 heb. I am sure I'm not getting it right somewhere, am terrified of putting on a load of weight this week out of stupidity!? I know it looks like I eat a lot, breastfeeding makes me starving - hence me deciding to get to grips with my diet now!! Heeeeelllpppp!!!:sign0163:
