I was just wondering am i eating way too much, will say wat i had 2day:)
breakfast- i had one of those atkins bars with little choc chips in

dinner- i had 4 sausages(butchers ones so bit bigger than norm), 3 rashers and fried mushrooms

tea 2 slices ham and cheese with mayo

had no snacks coz kept thinking the dinner i had was too big, i know your not suppossed 2 count calories but???? :confused:

i know i usually eat more salad or veg just fancied a fry up 2day:) this diet is great can eat so much and still lose weight:) ahhh thanks 4 that being feeling really guilty all day, feel alot better now:D

Eat when you are hungry, eat regularly, lots of greens - you'll do great!
