Hi guys,

Soooo, this is my first week on weight watchers and im loving it!!! But im a little concerned im using my points on the "wrong" things. Im still staying in my point allowance which is great!! But im still eating chocolate and crisps from the weight watchers range!!! Am I still going to loose weight this way?? If not id rather know sooner than later!! Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks guys xxxx Janey xxxx

yeah you'll still lose weight aslong as you're with in your points allowance its fine, i had a couple of days where i had a spare 7 points and ate a whole bag of harribo lol and still lost weight.

Yeh it really doesn't matter what you eat so long as you stay in your points. I always have a treat at night of 2 or 3 points. I look forward to it all day! Good luck with your wi hon.

you will lose weight but at the end of WW you would like to have changed your eating habits to healthy ones I assume??

If so, then I would try to use most of your points on healthy foods and snacks and only have unhealthy snacks when you "want" it.

The others are right though, you will lose but you are more likely to gain the weight back after you reach goal because you're not changing your eating habits and thoughts about food...

How many points are Haribo? please never managed to find this one out lol :)

Janey like others have said as long as you stick within your points you will lose weight, and if one day you find out you've gone over by 1 or 2 points etc, just make sure within the week you save 1 or 2 points on a different day :) it will cancel the points you went over by out :) x
