Am I in Ketosis?

Im a bit confused (nothing new)!

I've been on Lipo since Tuesday and have had ketostix in the post today. Instead of the 'negative' colour, its a purpley colour and shows 0.8 on the colour chart.

Does this mean im in ketosis?

If Its Dark Purple Then Yes Your In Ketosis x - Make sure you drink enough !
