Am I ok with carry on having 2 meal replacement shakes and a balanced meal?

I've been doing Celebrity Slim (bit like Slim Fast) to lose the 10lb I'd needed to to get the tablets, the shakes have just over 2g fat in. So I've been having 2 shakes Breakfast/Lunch then a balanced meal for dinner with snacks inbetween (usually fruit). Does it have to be 5g of fat per meals with the tablets..because I could have something alongside the shake to bring it up to that, or am I ok with it being less?

I'm not eating a totally fat free diet but it is low fat.

No id ditch the shakes because once you start eating regualar meals you will gain this weight again anyway... plus for breakfast you can have low fat cereals or fruits with skimmed or even semi skimmed milk if you must and that will still be well within 5g of fat..... and will fill you up more and of course make you healthier..

10lbs is a good result but you have to look at the bigger pictire and whats best for you in the long term... id say eat proper meals , low in fat and do exercise and you will prob smash that 10lb loss anyway.. because the shakes leave you with low energy so exercise and things seem harder ... so EAT EAT EAT :p.

    xx

Definitely definitely go with Piink! She's a wise lass!!!
Celeb Slim is probably brilliant for losing ten pounds for a hol or whatever, but it's not a long term solution. Learning to eat healthily is.
    Good luck!!!
