I've been doing Celebrity Slim (bit like Slim Fast) to lose the 10lb I'd needed to to get the tablets, the shakes have just over 2g fat in. So I've been having 2 shakes Breakfast/Lunch then a balanced meal for dinner with snacks inbetween (usually fruit). Does it have to be 5g of fat per meals with the tablets..because I could have something alongside the shake to bring it up to that, or am I ok with it being less?
I'm not eating a totally fat free diet but it is low fat.
