She is called shanaz all her details are on the cd forum under cdc in yorkshire area.

at the mo im using up packs from my prev journey am off to meet karen in dewsbury on friday

Im really lucky because she is based around the corner from my work , i used a different one last year and she came to you, she just dropped off items every two weeks and that was it. I need to be weighed every week to keep up to it thats why i changed to shanaz. Have you looked on cd site for different areas might be one nearer to you or one that can deliver.

yeah i used to go to her when i swopped from LL jan 06 stayed with her till april 06 as there wasnt anyone else in the area wanted a new cdc this time

no needed someone new and karen has done cd herself more recently also its nearer than keighley
