am stuck again

    i dont know what i am doing wrong! scales arent moving!!! i am trying to do more exercise and drink plenty of water!!:cry:

    I'm sure you are losing fat, but probably gaining muscle (if you are doing more exercise). Keep going with the water and exercise and you'll probably have an amazing loss next week.

    I'm no expert, but I know that muscle weighs more than fat, so it's probably a good sign. Measure yourself (bust, waist, hips, arm, thigh, etc) and I'm sure you'll see a loss there even if you don't see one (temporarily) on the scales.

    Hi Tracey,

    don't despair - as I said before I keep being stuck for days and then it drops off: At the weekend I went from 71.3kg to 70kg in three days but now I've been there (and gaining 0.1 a day) for 3 days. I have not been cheating, though I have just done 3 PV in a row to be followed by 3 PP now (suited my social life better!!). When I'm brave enough I'll put my curve in my sig and you'll see I seem to be always stuck for maybe 3-5 days before seeing any progress...
    Hang on in there!! As the others said you're still losing fat only the scales can't always measure that.

    Laura is right too. measure. ive actually put a lb on this week so far from exercise but I have lost inch off my waist and inch off each leg from working my a** off :D
    my weight always seems to sts or gain until WI day. my body must know!!!!!

    would recommend electronic scales - the ones that have

    body fat %
    body water %
    muscle mass %
    and BMI + usual weight function...

    helps me to see what's going on where :)

    mine have that (not the bmi) but they have bone on there too. My body fat has gone down from about 35 to 29 in the last couple of weeks i have been exercising loads and muscle gone up too!

    I love seeing the actual changes in body composition that way :) it makes the weightloss more satisfying knowing you're actually losing fat and gaining muscle :)...TRE-MEN-DOS (Malcolm Merton)....lol
