to sign up to Tesco's low carb diet.
They do a weekly food plan for you, plus support & you can choose your own supermarket so they list what you need.

From what I have read so far it limits you to 20g carbs as per Atkins. I'm so lazy when it comes to planning & I'm sure thats why I keep wobbling off the wagon... kinda figured that if someone tells me what to eat during the week I will stick to things much longer!

Would appreciate any kind of feedback as to what you think...

Thanks L. xx

I went over to the web site and read up on it, it looks OK and if it helps keep you on the straight and narrow that's good. Might be costly though.

Hi ditzeeblonde,

I signed upto the the tesco diets a few weeks ago and you can switch between all of their diets when ever you feel like it. The problem with the low carb one though I found was that there really wasn't any choice on it. It doesn't really give you a 10 week meal plan, you still have to pick what you want off the list of carb counted ideas each week but on the low carb list it's very limited and you may find that you will have many more low carb recipe ideas already than are on the tesco diets list.
I did find most of the other diets they offered really good though and did lose weight sticking to them.
All in all I wouldn't recommend the diet for the low carb one (personally) but other people may like it. I do find the other plans good though as I don't currently follow low carb.
Hope that this info helps you decide either way. xx

I followed the well being diet as well as the others on on off and overall lost about 9lb. So they do work but much slower than atkins:)
I've now moved to slimming world as my 10 weeks are up and I was a bit fed up of having the same things from the lists every day.
Hope you get on ok with plan and don't get too bored of the omelettes ;) xx

I think the thing I really liked about Atkins is the huge variety of meals you can eat.
