This is my 4th week and I have lost 4lb this week ! I've now lost 21lb in 4 weeks ! This diet is so brilliant, I've not been this weight for ever ! Hope you are all doing well :0) x

wow nice well i jst finished my first week was missing chewing food after reading your post i dont now.... i lost 8lbs in first week i hope to loose more this means if we do diet like the way it is will loose .... how long did u do SS my counselor asked me to do SS for two months how long did u do it?

I've been doing SS for 5 weeks now, definitely stick with it, I'm so chuffed with my results so far !!

Weigh in number 5, another 4lb !! Yippee, so happy, that's now 25lb in 5 weeks ! Woo hoo ! Here's to week 6 xx
