Tonight was really motivating as a group we lost 38lbs but had put 49lb on most of the people that stayed had put on for one reason or another. So our C (who is great) made us all sit and close our eyes and think about how we feel right now and how we want to feel next week when we have just been weighed. Then she got us to image yourself being at target or at the party your losing weight for or at your wedding or xmas (you get the idea) then you had to imagine what comments people made about how you looked and you spoke to people. It was really good some people struggled to see themselves so she got them to think about a dress or jeans etc something to focus on. Just thought I would share this with everyone it was very good for getting back your focus on why we are all doing this!
