I know its really important that we have all 4 packs each day for vitamins etc and its drummed into us each week at group and everything but why is it that if you are a 6ft 5 man weighing 400lb and a 4ft 11 woman weighing 175lb that you both have the same amount of packs?
Dont you think that it should be based on your size? No wonder some people loose tons each week whereas I only loose a teeny bit. Am confuddled?
