Amount of Oatbran

Now I am slightly embarrassed to be posting this question after oh 6 months on Dukan but a friend pointed it out to me!! Are we allowed two tablespoons or two dessertspoons of oatbran????? Bit of a difference in size and I have been using dessertspoons but have I been having less than my allowance!!!

I've always used tablespoons, I use a proper measuring spoon, does it not say in the book, I would have checked my book but my sister has it
