An idea for restarting (I'm doing this now)

I really like India and Neris's diet book and cookbook. I loved the food, stopped bingeing, lost all my food cravings and went bang into ketosis. Only trouble is that I didn't lose any weight on it.

Here's my idea: I'm doing India and Neris until I'm in ketosis and lost the cravings and then I plan on getting back onto SS from that beginning point.
