Hello everyone 
My names Alex and I live in North Wales with my fiance and our daughter, Isabella. I put on a lot of weight during my pregnancy in 2009/10 and am currently on Slimming World trying to shift the excess weight. I don't go to meetings or anything, just me doing it alone. So far I've lost 20lb but want to keep going so thought I would join this forum for some help and advice for people in the same situation.
