Hi all,
I've been lurking here over my LL journey but mainly using a different forum. I lost 10 stone from Jan to Aug, did a 4 week RTM (speeded up to get enough cals to cope with lots of exercise) and have now been maintaining for 3 months.
Thought I would actually get round to joining this forum as it's nice to see an active maintenance community
I've just decided to try and lose another 11lbs through normal diet to reduce my weight a bit, so the next month will be a bit more challenging!

At the moment I'm putting most of my spare time and energy into increasing my fitness - I love trail running and am building distance (currently up to 20km), and spend a lot of time in the gym doing box fit, body combat, pump etc.
Anyway, just thought I'd say "hi" as I can see this forum continuing to be very useful
