And, how do u guys Refeed?

    I have read numerous threads about re-feeding. I have the re-feeding sheet and know how It's supposed to go.
    But, I have noticed that some people are refeeding for more than one week? What is it that u are doing? Are u just reapeting what u are meant to do in the first week a second time round?
    Because I am due to re feed on Saturday and I was thinking of reapeating east day twice, for example do day 1's menu on sat and sun, Day 2's menu on mondays and tuesday and so on. So that will then take me into 14days.
    What do u guys think? If I din't do that I was also thinking of doing day 1 for two days then following the refeed plan that will take me into 8 days in refeeding?

    I did the 1st week as per the sheet and then stayed on days 4-7 for another week ... no point in going back to day 1. One week is enough unless you've lost over about 5 st. I think some of us are just a bit cautious not quite believing that we can have real food again and not gain weight ;) x

    I planned mine out and showed my pharmacist about it and he said it was a good idea to slow down the carb introduction (my trigger)

    worked well enough anyways lol

    I'm going to do a 2-week re-feed. I'm doing day one twice, then day two twice, then day three twice etc. etc. I want my carb re-introduction to be really slow as I have an underactive thyroid and my metabolism is really slow so my pharmacist reckons this will be fine.

    I followed the refeed sheet for 2 weeks then calorie counted for a few weeks to judge portion sizes etc.

    ok now i sound bad .... i am only refeeding for one week then i have 3 days to have 3 meals a day then i am off on holiday.

    Really i should have refed for 2 weeks atleast because of the weight i have lost but i just didnt wana finish tfr! lol

    For defo Jan! im just hoping theyll have brown bread there and fruit and hopefully not too many carb loaded meals!!! :sigh: which i just know there is guna be!!!! lol

    I just spoke to a guy at Lipotrim. He said to just do one week as you have more chanves of Failing if u do it any longer??

    What?!! thats bullcrap!! the refeed sheet states do a refeed for minimum one week but longer if you have lost over 5/6stone!

    LOL, Well i am going to do whats right for me. Either way I refuse to fail!!
