And my bad weekend has spilled over

What is wrong with me??

My food is fine, I have been on track all day, I come home after working a couple of hours overtime. Hubby offers me a glass of wine - I have one.

I am now on my 2nd - I am so good with my food but I just can't seem to shake the wine, it's my vice lol.

I don't drink much but a bottle is 30 syns and I can have easily drank half a bottle tonight - thats all my syns for the day!!!

I actually stopped drinking when I started SW - know it sounds drastic but I just couldn't have one glass of wine, OH and I would open one botthe and then another ........ and like you before I knew I could have drunk one weeks syns in one evening ... then it was easy for me to stray into the 'nibbles'.... so decided to give the alcohol a miss for a while.

Drastic but might be worth doing for a while to help keep you on the straight and narrow

I also like a glass or two of wine in the evening but just can't 'afford' the syns. So I bought myself a lovely 100ml wine glass from the charity shop & I have 1 or two glasses of wine each evening & they are only 3.5 syns each, a bargin I think. :D

i went to a new group yesterday and she had made sw pimms
a bottle of diet lemonade and a tbsp of balsamic vinegar
not my thing but the jug was empty after so i assume people were enjoying it !!
