Yup just ssing til I get to 10 stones. I want to be 9 stone 7 so wil work up the steps once I reach 10 stone. I'm a size 12 at the mo n want to be an 8-10 x wt about u?

Today is the start of my 4th wk, my start weight was 10st 11, first 2 wks lost 10 1/2, last wk only lost 1lb (probably cos i did have a few salads still thought id have lost more but never mind) its great being in the 9s feel so much better, ideally want to get to 9st, so hopefully not much longer.

You've done great, do u enjoy it, your obviously finding it easy, you doing any exercise? xx

Lol no I don't enjoy it!! I've had a few slips along the way. Nope no exercise exactly... Take my daughter swimming once a week but don't exactly do lots of lengths! Xx

You've done so well to stay on it for 7 wks, does your daughter help you. My daughter she is 7 said last wk mummy when can we have bread again lol the first 2 wks I was on it I didn't buy any cos that is one of my weaknesses, toast with lurpak butter, weird tho cos now ive got bread in the house I don't want it xx

I've been on it 11 weeks hun :)... My daughter is 6... I try nt 2 get her involved in my diet, I don't want her getting a complex about herself or anything like that or to think that she wants to diet etc... Probebly Abit over analysing things but I'm very over protective :) lol and worry too much when it comes to her! She obviously knows I'm not eating but I just say I have my special 'food' to get healthier xx

Yeh can totally understand where your coming from, I'm the same with my daughter, it is hard sometimes cos she asks so many questions. One good thing is coming out of this, my daughter is eating alot healthier cos I'm not buying in the junk that I used to eat xx
 
Sooo I've decided to get weighed twice a week now to keep me on track a little n see if that works for me.... I want to lose a stone n a half more so 6 more weeks and then an extra 4 maintenance n I'll be the weight I want to be.... So 10 weeks away... Come on I can do this! I need to give my head a wobble lol

Goal 1: 10 stone 7 (by 18th august)

Goal 2: 10 stone (by 1st September)

Goal 3: 9 stone 7 (by 15th September)

Goal 4: finish maintenance (by 3rd October)

1 goal at a time!!! Xxx
