Hello Everyone I'm new to this site and havn't a notion how to use it. Any suggestions welcome ????
I'm Andrea and I'm determined to lose weight this year. I've tried and failed on so many diets I feel a wee bit hopeless if i'm being honest. I've registered for the WW pro points plan online. I weighed myself this morning and am starting at 13 st 11, I hope to get down to 11st 7.
I always do well on a diet for around 2 weeks then give up and start eating junk again. I hope to use this site to help me get past that point and succeed.
Any help or advice would be appreciated or just say hello
