Evening Angi:). Good to hear planning is helping for nibbling time. Dont forget to also set a rule like "must have glass of water first" too as that can help:D

hi all. Diet is going ok, although i've no idea how much i've lost (and have no desire to) people are saying i'm looking thinner and i'm feeling thinner too! I love the feeling of control and freedom from cravings on atkins, I only feel the need to eat when hungry (except evening nibbles!) and hardly have to worry about my diabetes although i am still checking it.
Eaten today:
Breakfast; ham and cheese
Lunch(out); burger and bacon/cheese with salad
Dinner: beef stir fry with peanuts

Bought some new jeans today, they fit but a bit tight, not too tight to wear but won't get too loose straight away if i continue to lose.
 
Morning angi, what stir fry sauce did you use? they are generally quite carby I'm afaraid
