I can't believe I am still on it, I don't feel hungry I do get random headaches and stomach aches only when I am not drinking enough water, I also find my self going to pee like a gazillion times a day.
I keep looking at the scales but won't put anything official down till Wednesday night.
Must keep it up, I feel like I have lost size on my waist and other areas hopefully I will be able to keep it up.
On the weekend I ate some tic tac's but didn't seem to affect me to much on the weight loss hopefully can keep this up, 1 week down 2-3 weeks to go. (note to self avoid tictacs)

Not hungry like I thought I'd be, rather relaxed on the hungerness front. Could I be in ketosis already?

Two issues today accidentally drunk granule based sweetener which is not recommended.
Also am experience stomach aches today. Drinking more water to try rectify.

Hunger strikes, I think I need to bite on something. What can I do if I am not biting on anything. Will this get better for me?
Think I should be o'right if I am tough on my self. Keep drinking lots of water already gulped 2 liters today.
I think I will be peeing quite a bit haha!

So I know the orders been delivered to my home this morning, I've decided to see what it feels to go on just water in the morning, and light lunch followed by a exante shake in the evening.
Sort of like testing the waters a bit and getting my self ready for going full-wack at it tomorrow. I know first 2-3 days are the toughest and when hunger pangs strike.
I am pretty much craving lunch at this minute haha can't wait for it, but I think I can discipline my self to have a light lunch not heavy.

Wrigleys - Gum - I know I should avoid but can't help chewing it's an addiction.
I am actually quite full up.

Usual snack time, feel quite peckish to be honest with ya. Had a couple of lotus biscuits knowing this luxury will not be available to me tomorrow.
Drink a quart of water and crack on through the day. Feel rather tired, maybe that's cause of lack of sleep.
