hi there! had a few weeks staying at the same weight but this week I've lost 2lb! I do know why I stayed the same, I was being really good all week until the weekend came and went a bit crazy! meals out and drinks to boot. I was really upset with myself but then I told myself to brush myself down and start a new week with the same determination I had on my first week and it paid off, not saying I've been miserable but just the little bad habits where creeping in. here's to the next weeks and all those pounds falling off!
